Acronyms

  1. RP = Roleplay.

  2. Priority = Any RP that would require a large response from Emergency Services. Shootings, pursuits, robberies etc.

  3. Priority in Progress (PIP) = This means that there is already a Priority that is in progress and you cannot start another one.

  4. Priority Cooldown (PCD) = This means that there was a recent priority and another priority cannot be started until the PCD timer is set to "N/A".

  5. OOC = Out of Character

  6. IRL = In Real Life

  7. Random Deathmatch (RDM) = Killing/attempting to kill someone without RP, initiation, or reason.

  8. Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) = Deliberately using your vehicle as a weapon in an attempt to injure or kill another player without RP, initiation, or reason.

  9. Copbaiting = Intentionally enticing law enforcement into any form of RP.

  10. Civbaiting = Intentionally enticing civilians into any form of RP as law enforcement (e.g camping in front of businesses).

  11. New Life Rule (NLR) = When you respawn, you forget anything that happened in your previous life, and change your character to a different character who has not died.

  12. Powergaming = Roleplaying with mechanics & abilities that do not exist IRL.

  13. FearRP = Value your life. You should act in a way that values your life and welfare.

  14. FailRP = A broad term that can encompass many different meanings. But generally speaking, it is when a player does something which in the real world would be generally impossible.

  15. Metagaming = The act of using OOC information to benefit your RP and/or your character’s knowledge in-game where otherwise they would not know such information, e.g. stream sniping.

  16. Greenzone = An area where no priorities should be engaged, e.g. shootings, pursuits, robberies etc.
